Cook Your Dishes with the Lobster Air Fryer Mushrooms

Red Lobster stuffed mushrooms! Just the thought of it made my mouth water, as I though why not try this famous restaurant recipe at home? Since always try to save money whenever possible, that’s meant I had to get my own recipe to create in my own home. What followed after that was this wonderful restaurant copycat recipe for the most delectable and mouthwatering stuffed mushrooms ever! These delicious copycat Red Lobster Stuffed Mushrooms would be the perfect side or appetizer for any event!

In a large bowl, stir together 1 tablespoon of dried Italian seasoning, a quarter of a cup of reduced fat milk, a quarter teaspoon of ground black pepper, and two thirds of a cup of chopped scallions. Let the mixture stand, stirring constantly, until it becomes a smooth paste. Then add the cooked mushrooms and any c. finely chopped red pepper that you like. Cover the entire mixture and let it stand for approximately twenty minutes, stirring once in a while.

You’re almost ready to serve the recipe when the side dish is ready. In a non-stick skillet, heat a small amount of oil. Add shallots and garlic, stirring occasionally, until they begin to brown. Then add the mushrooms, giving them time to get tender. After about three minutes, turn the stove down low. Cover the skillet, and let the cooked mushrooms sit and warm up to approximately ten minutes.

When the fresh mushrooms are warm enough, add the remaining ingredients to the Red Lobster Stuffed Mushroom recipe, except for the seafood if you are using shrimp, lobster meat or scallops. Cover the skillet and let it heat up to boiling, stirring often. When the mushrooms are almost ready, add the lobster meat and season with salt and pepper to your taste. Cover the lid of the skillet, allowing the dish to steam until the meat is completely done. Then remove the lid, unplug the stove, and wait for the delicious meal.

Serve this dish with some crusty bread and you’ll have a mouthwatering meal that everyone will thoroughly enjoy. Serve with fresh vegetables, and some tomato sauce, and you’ll be sure to make a tasty meal. To add a little more flavor, you can add some cream cheese to the mushrooms after you pluck them. Your kids will be asking for seconds later!
